Dr. Jacob Lapenskie
Dr. Jacob Lapenskie is a registered chiropractor in Ontario and a member of the College of Chiropractors of Ontario. He completed his Doctor of Chiropractic degree with honours from Northeast College of Health Sciences, where he was inducted into the Phi Chi Omega academic honour society.
With a background in biochemistry and biology from the University of Ottawa, Dr. Jacob integrates a strong understanding of the body’s interconnected systems into his clinical approach. His treatments combine chiropractic adjustments, soft tissue therapy, rehabilitative exercise, and lifestyle strategies to support long-term function and recovery.
Dr. Jacob holds certifications in ConnecTX for upper and lower extremities and Functional Integrated Needling, allowing him to tailor treatment plans for a wide range of conditions, from postural and joint dysfunction to athletic performance and chronic pain.

Dr. Angela Dares
Dr. Angela Dares grew up in Whitby, Ontario, where she was first introduced to chiropractic care through her involvement in competitive sports. Having participated in a variety of sports throughout high school and university, she developed a strong appreciation for movement, injury prevention, and performance-based care at an early age.
Dr. Angela completed her Bachelor of Health Science in Kinesiology at the University of Ontario Institute of Technology, where she also competed on the varsity rowing team and worked within the faculty. She gained hands-on experience as a sideline trainer for Durham College varsity soccer teams and worked closely with head athletic trainers during her clinical internship in sports rehabilitation.
She went on to earn her Doctor of Chiropractic degree from the Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College in Toronto. During her training, Dr. Angela completed a certification in Contemporary Medical Acupuncture through McMaster University and is currently registered with the College of Chiropractors of Ontario.
Dr. Angela is passionate about helping patients reduce pain, restore function, and move with confidence. Maryam is a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying) and an active member of the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario (CRPO) and the Canadian Counselling and Psychotherapy Association (CCPA). Jamie Hunt
Jamie Hunt is a Registered Massage Therapist with the College of Massage Therapists of Ontario. Jamie brings a strong foundation in anatomy, movement, and client care. He graduated from Willis College’s Accelerated Massage Therapy Program and holds a diploma in Fitness and Health Promotion from Algonquin College.
Jamie is skilled in deep tissue massage, and integrates techniques such as myofascial release, trigger point therapy, soft tissue mobilization, and stretching protocols to support recovery, rehabilitation, pain reduction, and functional restoration. His sports background fuels a deep interest in how the body performs, adapts, and heals under stress.

Carolyn Pothier is a physiotherapist registered with the Ontario College of Physiotherapists, after obtaining her Master of Physiotherapy at the University of Ottawa. With over 10 years of experience, she brings a strong foundation in both academic and practical aspects of physiotherapy, offering personalized care that addresses the unique needs of each patient to achieve lasting results.

Chanyque Paquette is a registered physiotherapist with the Ontario College of Physiotherapists. Dr. Emily is the co-owner of Russell Health Collective. She is a registered chiropractor in Ontario and a member of the College of Chiropractors of Ontario. She completed her undergraduate degree in Psychology before attending the Welsh Institute of Chiropractic in the UK where she graduated as a Doctor of Chiropractic with distinction. Dr. Emily and her husband Lloyd established a practice together in London, UK before deciding to move back to Ottawa.
While living and practicing in London, Dr. Emily also worked as chiropractic lecturer at London South Bank University specializing in behavioural science, public health and clinical nutrition. She enjoys incorporating aspects of behaviour change into her practice to encourage a positive and goal-oriented mindset in her patients.
