Emma is a passionate and playful yoga teacher (E-RYT 200) who loves guiding students through everything from Hatha Flow to Restorative Yin, Kids Yoga, and Meditation.  

For over 12 years, Emma has taught students of all ages and backgrounds in a variety of settings, including—studios, schools, health clubs, parks, hospitals, and even libraries.

Her teaching style is all about infusing joy, sparking growth, and creating a peaceful space where everyone can explore their practice and discover what nourishes them in the moment.

Over the past decade, Allison has dedicated herself to training teachers, offering programs that bridge the gap between theoretical understanding and practical application. Allison is known for her attention to detail, specializing in guiding practitioners and teachers alike toward a deeper understanding of the body’s mechanics, focusing on the subtleties of movement, alignment, and integration. Sener is a high-energy instructor with over 14 years of experience in fitness and weight training, and more than a decade of dedicated yoga practice. She completed her Yoga Teacher Training through Yogatown in Ottawa and brings a strong foundation in both strength and mobility to her classes.

Her approach blends functional movement, muscle-building, and deep breathwork, always delivered with motivation and great playlists.
